Job duties include:

• Answer inbound phone calls from new and existing clients
• Recommend services based on customers’ needs
• Educate customers on proper preparation for treatment and pest prevention
• Schedule appointments
• Respond to customer emails, texts, and live chat messages as needed
• Return voicemails within a timely manner.
• Assist sales and scheduling manager as needed
• Follow up with potentials customers that call for quotes/information and do not schedule
• Follow up with existing clients to answer questions and address any concerns
• Follow up on cancelled and skipped services to reschedule
• File, scan, and fax paperwork as needed

• Bilingual is a huge plus!
• Reaching out to clients who are at risk of discontinuing service in an effort to retain them through a positive and empathetic approach.
